I meet with parents and families more than once and make a home visit as this can help children to familiarise themselves with me. I will show you where the children eat, sleep and play.

 

I will also show you any required documentation such as insurance, contracts, record forms, permission slips, etc.

 

I use a contract for payments and these explain clearly all terms and conditions, what you can expect and what I expect from you as parents.

 

Childcare may be reserved with a deposit if a place is coming up, but not yet available; a retainer contract is used if childcare is available but not required immediately.

 

Payments are made one month in advance on the first working day of the contract, direct to the bank and extra hours are settled at the time of use.

 

I accept all Childcare vouchers.
